just now 5.30pm,i went fof coaching-tennis,hit the ball tak sampai half and hour...big big drop started to fall from the sky,it become heavier and heavier...ahh......oh my god!!normally if i never go play, its never rain,everytime ppl wanna play...that time sure raining one!!!!!anyway..my hand muscle, leg muscle and back muscle,really really very pain,i can feel it even when i'm sitting!!!haha..long time never exercise dy,all the muscle must be rusty already.is time to sleep now???i don't think so...haha~ no promise ya ~
